Alyssa Lederman

Alyssa Lederman is an experienced education professional and customer service leader with a diverse background in early childhood development, teaching, and program coordination. Currently serving as the Customer Care Team Lead at TravelInsured.com, Alyssa excels in providing exceptional customer service, training new hires, and advocating for customer needs. Previous roles include Early Childhood Coordinator at Durham Middlefield Youth & Family Services, where Alyssa developed community programs focused on social-emotional learning, and various teaching positions within the District of Columbia Public Schools, where Alyssa implemented innovative teaching methodologies and supported diverse learners' needs. Alyssa holds a Master’s degree in Education from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Puget Sound.
