Jackie Avery

Jackie Avery has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Jackie currently works at Travel Media Group as the Director of Product for the Respond & Resolve™ platform. Before that, they served as the Respond & Resolve™ Product Manager and Reputation Analyst Team Lead at the same company. Prior to their roles at Travel Media Group, Jackie worked as a Reputation Product Analyst and Client Support Specialist. Additionally, they were an Academic Specialist at Open English, an English Language Instructor at Maximo Nivel, Al Khlaeej Training & Education, and Bilkent University, and a Program Coordinator at the YMCA of Central Florida.

Jackie Avery obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Interpersonal Organizational Communications from the University of Central Florida, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. In 2012, they also obtained two additional certifications: the In-service Certificate in English Language Teaching (ICELT) from the University of Cambridge in September, and the Level 5* Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (CELTA) from the same institution in January.
