Mo Sherifdeen began their career in 1997 as an Intern - Staff Assistant in the US Congress - Office of Congressman Ed Pastor. In 1998, they took on the role of Associate at Strategic Issues Management Group, as well as Campaign Coordinator for Southern Arizona with Johnson for Governor, 1998 and Editorial Assistant, Website Editor & Designer with Life Sciences. In 2004, they joined Travel Oregon as the Online Marketing Manager and later became the Director, Global Integrated Marketing & Publishing. In this role, they were responsible for leading the overall Content Publishing and Digital teams for the State of Oregon's tourism marketing efforts, including long-term global digital strategy and brand presence for Travel Oregon across owned, paid & managed channels, as well as global publishing & editorial content strategy across print & digital portfolio.
Mo Sherifdeen attended the University of Arizona from 1993 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a minor in Biochemistry.
