Karen Pengra

Karen Pengra is an experienced executive in global compensation and total rewards, currently serving as SVP of Total Rewards at Travel + Leisure Co. since June 2018, after previously holding the position of VP, Global Compensation. Prior to this role, Karen spent nearly a decade at Wyndham Vacation Ownership, leading compensation strategies for over 18,000 employees globally. Previous career positions include Sr. Director of Compensation at Orange County Public Schools and Manager, Compensation at both Hughes Supply and Rotech. Karen began their career as Compensation Manager at CHEP, managing functions across multiple continents. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Change Management from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Virginia Tech.
