Nathan C Harmon

Nathan C Harmon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in marketing, sales, and customer experience within the travel industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience at Travel + Leisure Co. since February 2019, Nathan has successfully led initiatives that enhance customer engagement and drive membership growth. Prior to this role, Nathan spent nearly two decades at RCI, where positions included Director of Sales and Customer Experience, Director of Workforce Management, and Workforce Manager/Analyst, along with an early career as a Travel Agent. Nathan holds a degree in Business Management from Marian University Indianapolis, earned between 1996 and 2000.
