Billie Moser

Billie Moser has a diverse work experience that spans multiple positions and industries. Starting in 2004, they worked as the Marketing and Public Relations Manager at the Hult Center for the Performing Arts in Eugene. In this role, they focused on integrating emerging technologies into marketing efforts and building partnerships to drive ticket sales. In 2009, Moser moved on to become the Community Events Manager for the City of Eugene, where they programmed and marketed various events and served as a point person for multiple organizations. Since 2013, they have been working at Travel Portland, holding various vice president positions. Currently, Moser is the VP of International Affairs & Strategic Projects, responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans for international markets and measuring program performance.

Billie Moser obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management from the Higher Institute of Tourism & Hospitality. This educational journey took place from 1979 to 1984.
