Alex Lira has worked in various roles since 1997. Alex began their career as a Market Developer at Coca-Cola HBC in 1997. In 2001, they became an Area Sales Manager at Lebedyansky. In 2003, they took on a Customer Sales Supervisor role at Unilever. In 2006, they became the CEO of RegionMart. From 2011 to 2019, they were the Head of Sales at the jewellery company "Kameya Co". Most recently, they have been the Head of Operations at Travelata since 2019. Alex'srole includes managing customer operations and contact centers, designing policies and efficient processes, prioritizing development needs, evaluating and authoring business requirements, building best practices and other recommendations, controlling and adapting internal product customization, implementing new processes to improve performance and quality, cost control and budgeting, and reporting on operational performance.

Alex Lira began their education in 1991 when they earned an Engineer's degree from Tomsk State University of Control Systems and Radioelectronics in the Faculty of Electronics. Alex then continued their studies at Tomsk Polytechnic University, earning a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations in 1996. In 2010, they obtained a CERTIFIED PROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR ANALYST-CPBA certification from INSUNRISE ltd.
