Helen Wheat is an experienced professional currently serving as the South East Asia Spokesperson on the Executive Committee for PATA UK & Ireland Chapter since October 2023. Previously, Helen has held the position of Asia Destination Manager at Travelbag since May 2022 and served as an Account Manager (Maternity Cover) at Viator from September 2021 to May 2022. During a decade at STA Travel from October 2010 to September 2020, Helen progressed from Customer Service Co-ordinator and Travel Consultant to Assistant Contracts Manager and ultimately Destination & Contracts Manager, specializing in South East Asia, Africa, Australia, and Latin & Central America. Renowned for strong partnership management, negotiation skills, and a consistent ability to meet targets, Helen excels in building and nurturing supplier relationships, tailoring products to meet market needs, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Helen graduated from York St. John University in 2010.
