Barbara D. Gilmore

Ms. Gilmore is our Lead Independent Director. Ms. Gilmore has served as a clerk to Judge Joel B. Rosenthal of the United States Bankruptcy Court, Western Division of the District of Massachusetts, since 2001. Ms. Gilmore was a Partner of the law firm of Sullivan & Worcester LLP from 1993 to 2000. Ms. Gilmore also serves as an Independent Director of Five Star Senior Living Inc. (Nasdaq: FVE) since 2004, an Independent Trustee of Office Properties Income Trust (Nasdaq: OPI) since 2009 and an Independent Trustee of RMR Mortgage Trust (Nasdaq: RMRM) since 2020.
