Mary Antal (Svatos) is a strategic human resources leader with over 15 years of experience in enhancing performance, profitability, and employee engagement through innovative HR initiatives. Currently serving as the Director of Total Rewards at TravelCenters of America, Mary has a proven track record of successful problem-solving and continuous improvement. Previously, as Director of People Operations at Dealer Tire, Mary managed comprehensive HR policies and led a team to attract and retain a high-quality workforce.
