James Johnston

James Johnston has over 25 years of experience in the insurance sector, primarily with Travelers UK since July 1998. Currently serving as a Claim Product Specialist, James works to enhance the claims proposition through the development of new processes and IT improvements aimed at customer satisfaction. Previously, James held roles as Claim Manager and Team Manager, overseeing teams managing various claims including Employers Liability (EL), Public Liability (PL), Motor, and Property claims. James began the career at Churchill Insurance from September 1992 to July 1998 as a Claim Handler, focusing on personal motor claims. James is a graduate from Wilmington Grammar School for Boys and is a member of the Institute of Legal Executives.
