Sarah Cornwell

Sarah Cornwell currently serves as the HR Director Business Partner at Travelers Europe since May 2016. Previously, Sarah held various significant HR roles at Aviva from October 2003 to November 2015, including Head of Global Mobility, Head of HR - Group Marketing, and Head of Talent and Resourcing - Europe, where responsibilities included overseeing global mobility policies, partnering with senior leadership teams, and developing talent strategies across Europe. Earlier experience includes a position as Training Advisor at the Royal Bank of Scotland. Sarah holds a Master's degree in Personnel Development from the University of Westminster and two Bachelor's degrees in Commerce, with a focus on Industrial Psychology from the University of Johannesburg.
