Susan Grillo

Susan Grillo is the owner and contract software trainer at Versatile Software Training, specializing in providing contract training to law firms on document management programs, particularly iManage and NetDocuments, as well as various legal-specific applications and Microsoft Office since January 2007. As a contract trainer with Encore Tech since 2008, Susan has contributed expertise in migration projects involving NetDocuments and software updates. Additionally, roles at Traveling Coaches, Hale Lane Peek Dennison and Howard, Buchanan Ingersoll, and Shearman and Sterling have established Susan's extensive background in training and documentation across multiple law firms. Susan holds a B.A. in English Education from New Jersey City University.
