Iain MacKinlay

Iain MacKinlay is an experienced IT professional with a background in applications delivery and support, currently working at Travelodge Hotels Limited since January 2020. Previously, Iain held roles including IT Support at HeathWallace from February 2017 to November 2019, where exceptional communication and organizational skills facilitated effective support across multiple departments within the WPP estate. Additionally, Iain served as Ecommerce Service Manager at Oxford University Press from April 2001 to December 2016, overseeing global ecommerce service support, incident resolution, and development management, while utilizing ITIL Release Manager expertise. Iain also has experience as an Application Support Analyst and Music Hire Manager, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Music from Northern College of Education and The Open University (1995-2001).
