Yoselfa Serafina

Yoselfa Serafina has a background in the hospitality industry, with experience working in various roles related to reservations, sales, and revenue management. Currently serving as an Associate Business Operations Manager in the CTO Office at Traveloka, Yoselfa previously held positions at Le Méridien Jakarta and Four Points by Sheraton Jakarta. Yoselfa also has internship experience in pastry at Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta. Yoselfa pursued a degree in Chinese Language and Literature from Huaqiao University, following their high school education at SMAK Penabur Gading Serpong.
