Kasia Morgan

Kasia Morgan is a seasoned professional in sustainability and community engagement, currently serving as the Group Head of Sustainability at Travelopia since July 2022, where responsibilities include designing climate strategies and leading environmentally responsible initiatives. Prior to this role, Kasia was the Head of Sustainability and Community at Exodus Adventure Travels Ltd, focusing on sustainable travel experiences. Kasia's experience includes significant positions such as Partnerships & Campaigns Director at Big Clean Switch, where a nationwide sustainability campaign for IKEA was developed, and various roles in social impact consulting and community finance at RBS and On Purpose. With a strong foundation in brand development from positions at the British Science Association and extensive experience in fundraising and communications at WeSeeHope, Kasia brings a depth of knowledge in both corporate and non-profit sectors to promote social and environmental impact. Educational background includes a BA in English Literature from the University of Leeds.
