Oleg Musiienko

Oleg Musiienko has extensive experience in various roles and companies. Oleg began their career at the Ukrainian National Investment Fund, where they served as the Deputy Director of the JV Department from 2005 to 2009. Oleg then joined A.T. Kearney as a Senior Manager, focusing on areas such as operational efficiency, procurement, and supply chain. During their time at A.T. Kearney, they worked on significant projects, including restructuring the global purchasing organization for a major food and beverages company and improving operational efficiency for a leading UK logistics company. In 2016, they moved to KKR as a Principal (Capstone) and worked there until 2019. Oleg subsequently joined Travelopia as the Group Procurement and Efficiency Director and later assumed the role of Group Commercial Director. In their current position, they lead the implementation of cost-out and efficiency programs and collaborates with various business units to identify opportunities and drive top initiatives. Overall, Oleg Musiienko has a diverse background in procurement, efficiency planning, and commercial leadership.

Oleg Musiienko obtained their Ph.D. and MA in economics from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, where they studied from 1995 to 2005. In 2008, they completed a program on financial control at ENA - Ecole nationale d'administration. In 2009, Oleg attended INSEAD, where they earned their MBA degree in the field of study.
