Sally Cowdry

Chief Customer Officer & MD, Tailormade at Travelopia

Sally Cowdry joined Travelopia in June 2018 into a dual role as Managing Director of Tailormade and Chief Customer Officer for the Travelopia group. Sally has over 10 years of Executive board-level experience with a career spanning several sectors, having started in travel at Stena Line and Heathrow Express, before moving to O2 and then Camelot. These roles have included P&L responsibility, digital transformation, and brand leadership and Sally has built a track record of building high-performance teams and growing businesses through differentiated propositions and strong execution.

Sally also has experience in Non-Executive roles; she was on the board of The Restaurant Group 2014-2017 and is currently on the board of The Marketing Academy, a voluntary organization whose purpose is to build leadership capability in talented marketers in the UK, US, and Australia.

Married with two boys, Sally enjoys the outdoors – running, road cycling, mountain biking – as well as the theatre and cinema.

Favorite travel moments: Whitewater rafting and whale watching in California, swimming with elephants in Thailand and mantas in the Maldives, Segwaying in Barcelona – so many amazing moments, can’t choose a favorite!
