Claudia Marras has extensive work experience in the customer service and outsourcing industry. Claudia currently holds the position of Director of Vendor Management Office at TravelPerk, where they are responsible for overseeing the implementation and support processes for the customer service department. Prior to this, they served as the Tooling and Outsourcing Manager at TravelPerk, where they managed three outsourcing hubs and was responsible for maintaining and improving customer care tools.
