Claudia Marras has extensive work experience in the customer service and outsourcing industry. Claudia currently holds the position of Director of Vendor Management Office at TravelPerk, where they are responsible for overseeing the implementation and support processes for the customer service department. Prior to this, they served as the Tooling and Outsourcing Manager at TravelPerk, where they managed three outsourcing hubs and was responsible for maintaining and improving customer care tools. Before joining TravelPerk, Claudia worked at CPM International Contact Centre - Barcelona, where they held various roles, including Operations Manager for the Airbnb campaign and Team Leader for the same campaign. Claudia also worked as a Case Manager, Customer Specialist, and Account Manager at CPM International. Claudia's earlier experience includes serving as the Head Receptionist at Résidence de Vacances "U Nebbiu".
Claudia Marras has received education in various fields. In 1995 to 2000, they obtained their High School Diploma with a focus on Languages from Istituto Statale Don Bosco. From 2002 to 2004, they pursued a degree in Web and Graphic design from Gráfica Comix. In 2016, Claudia Marras participated in COPC Standards training, specifically in Performance Management Framework for Customer Experience Operations.
