Lily Cai

Lily Cai is an experienced professional in customer experience, human resources business partnership, and talent management. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Customer Experience and Enablement at Pantheon Platform since September 2021, Lily previously held various leadership roles at Sitecore, including Director of HRBP and Talent Management. Lily's career also includes positions at SoFi as a Program Manager for Talent Management, TriNet as Senior HR Communications & Learning Specialist, and Atmel Corporation as a Global Communications Specialist. Early in the career, Lily worked as a News Producer at KTSF. Lily holds an M.S. in Journalism from Northwestern University and a B.S. in Journalism and Business Marketing from San Jose State University.
