Miguel Delgado Alonso

Miguel Delgado Alonso has extensive experience in the field of HR and has held various leadership roles throughout their career. Miguel is currently working as the Global HR Director (HRBP) at TravelPerk, where they collaborate with the People Team and provides strategic guidance and mentoring to support the company's objectives. Prior to this, they worked as an EMEA HR Manager (HRBP) at Booking.com, where they led a team of HRBPs and provided strategic advice on HR topics. Miguel also worked as an HRBP at Booking.com, where they developed strong relationships with stakeholders and acted as a trusted advisor on various HR aspects. Before joining Booking.com, Miguel worked as an International HRBP at CaixaBank, where they focused on recruitment, talent management, and employee relations. Miguel also gained experience at Barclays, where they served as an advisor in wealth management and personal advising roles.

Miguel Delgado Alonso completed a Master's in HR Management from EAE Business School from 2017 to 2018. In 2017, they also completed a specialized course on foreign and expatriate workers from CEF Centro de Estudios Financieros. In 2013 and 2014, they pursued a Master's in International Trade Management from ESIC Business & Marketing School. Miguel obtained a Licenciatura en Ciencias Económicas (Bachelor's degree in Economics) from Universidad de Granada between 2001 and 2006. Additionally, in 2003 and 2004, they acquired a Licentiate degree in economics from the University of Nottingham. Recently, in September 2021, they obtained a certification from TMI Private, offered by The Talent Strategy Group.
