Raphaël Daverio has a diverse work experience timeline. Raphaël started their career as a Market Research Intern at Wabel in 2012, followed by a Marketing Intern role at Rocket Internet SE - Wimdu. In 2013, they became a Country Manager at Rocket Internet SE - Payleven Global Mobile Payments, leading the roll-out of Payleven in France and supporting various operational aspects of the business. Raphaël then joined Strategy& in 2014 as a Summer Associate and later became an Associate at Strategy&, part of the PwC network, in 2016.
In 2017, Raphaël joined letgo as an Associate Product Manager, where they worked on building a communications experience for the platform and also took on responsibilities related to M&A as a Strategy Manager. In 2019, they transitioned to the role of a Product Manager at letgo, focusing on enhancing the platform's custom-built product and managing large volumes of real-time chat messages.
Raphaël's entrepreneurial journey began in 2020 when they founded Albatross, a travel technology company that was later acquired by TravelPerk. As the CEO, they developed Albatross' API to provide travel information and create user-centric experiences. Following the acquisition, they continued working at TravelPerk, initially as a Product Manager and later taking on various leadership roles such as Senior Product Manager, Group Product Manager, and ultimately Senior Group Product Manager - Tribe Lead.
Raphaël Daverio began their education with a French Baccalaureate in "Terminale 'Economique et Sociale'" from Les Francs-Bourgeois in 2011. Raphaël then pursued a Bsc in 'Economics, Politics and International Studies' from the University of Warwick from 2011 to 2015. In 2013-2014, they attended the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management for a Bsc in Strategy & Finance. In 2010-2011, they prepared for the Science Po National Examination at Lakanal Preparation. Most recently, in 2020, they completed a Software Development Bootcamp at Le Wagon.
