Roy Hefer

Roy Hefer is the current CFO at TravelPerk and was previously the VP Finance at Hippo Insurance from January 2020 to May 2022. Prior to that, they were the VP Finance and Operations at Avail Medsystems from January 2018 to December 2020. Before that, they were at Lumenis from January 2012 to December 2017 as the Vice President, Finance and Operations. At Lumenis, they were responsible for all Accounting, Treasury, FP&A, Operations, Logistics, Legal and IT in the US. Roy also oversaw all operational aspects of the company’s financial decision-making systems (ERP, Collections, CRM, Quote to cash, BI, Payroll, Expenses, Benefits etc.) and processes, including accounting, reporting, forecasting and budgeting.

Their manager is Avi Meir, CEO and co-founder. They are on a team with JC Taunay-Bucalo - CCO, Huw Slater - COO, and Ross Mcnairn - Chief Product and Technology Officer.
