Amardeep D'Amaro

Amardeep D'Amaro has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. In 2017, they joined Travelport as a Global Talent Development Manager, responsible for partnering with HR and business leaders to implement talent initiatives and processes. They also led the implementation of an employee engagement platform and managed the performance management process. Prior to that, Amardeep worked as a Senior Talent Development Specialist at Activision in 2016. From 2014 to 2016, they held the role of Training & Development Partner at PPL, where they designed and delivered development workshops and provided HR policy sessions. They also served as a Learning & Development Manager at PPL from 2011 to 2013. In 2011, Amardeep spent a few months traveling before starting their career. They began their professional journey as a Senior HR Officer and later became an HR Officer at PPL from 2008 to 2011. Finally, they started their career as a Recruitment Resourcer at Amazon.com from 2005 to 2008.

Amardeep D'Amaro attended Langley Grammar from 1995 to 2001. They then went on to pursue a BA Hons degree in English Literature and Film & Television Studies from the University of Roehampton from 2001 to 2004. Amardeep D'Amaro also obtained additional certifications, including a Certificate in Personnel Practice from CIPD in 2005, a Certificate in Professional Coaching Practice from the International Coach Federation in 2013, and an IDI Qualified Administrator qualification from IDI, LLC, in 2021.
