Ana Jordan

Ana Jordan has over 15 years of experience in various roles related to compensation and rewards. Ana currently serves as the Vice President of Total Reward at Travelport. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Reward at Flutter Entertainment Plc, where they were responsible for annual bonus outcomes, salary reviews, budgeting, and voluntary benefits. Ana has also served as a Director at Ladbrokes Coral Group Life Benefits Trustee Limited. At Entain, they worked as a Senior Reward Manager, leading the team in managing salary reviews, bonus processes, and integrating remuneration practices post-mergers and acquisitions. Before that, Ana held roles at HSBC, Legg Mason, and Ogilvy & Mather, where they played key roles in performance and reward management, compensation and benefits, and payroll management.
