Claire Osborne

Claire Osborne is an experienced professional in the travel industry, currently serving as the Global Head of Customer Success & Training Delivery at Travelport since January 2011. Claire has held several leadership roles within the company, including Director of Customer Success, Head of Local Product and Technology, and Solutions Sales Director for Northern Europe, where strategic direction and fostering partnerships with customers were key responsibilities. Claire has also contributed to the Association of Women Travel Executives (AWTE) as Chair and current Benevolent Committee Member, focusing on member support and development. With a career spanning over two decades, Claire has gained expertise in customer success management, product support, and business development across various organizations, including Tui Travel PLC, Resorthoppa, and STA Travel. Educational background includes studies at Sandwell College of Further and Higher Education and Kings Norton Girls School.
