Erin Watkins has a strong background in HR leadership and transformation. Erin started their career at TransUnion, where they established the first HR Business Intelligence department and designed a strategy rooted in data analysis to address business gaps and propose solutions. Erin then moved on to Varian Medical Systems and LexisNexis, where they served as a Human Resources Manager, providing strategic HR support and aligning HR functions with business objectives.
At Travelport, Erin held multiple roles, including VP of Global Talent and Culture, Senior Director Transformation and Organization Change, and Senior Director of Human Resources.
