Heather Milam

Heather Milam has over 20 years of work experience in various technology roles. Heather currently holds the position of VP Vice President of Technology at Travelport since April 2017. Prior to this, they worked at Worldpay, where they held multiple roles including Senior Leader of Technology and Director of IT (Enterprise). Heather also has experience at FirstGroup plc as Global Head of Technology and Director of IT (Global), and at Quest Diagnostics as Enterprise Director of IT. Heather's earlier experience includes a role as Director of IT at Computer Associates and IT Support & Site Solution Implementation at BASS - Business Applications Software Support. Throughout their career, Heather has been involved in implementing various delivery models, transforming IT operations, and leading mergers and acquisitions integrations.

Heather Milam holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Brenau University, which they obtained from 2020 to 2022. Heather also completed a Certified SAFe 5 Lean Portfolio Manager program at Scaled Agile in 2021, specializing in Portfolio Management. Additionally, Heather has obtained various certifications, including SAFe 4 DevOps Practitioner, CGEIT (Governance of Enterprise IT), ITIL V3, Information Systems Auditor, and ScrumMaster, among others. Heather has pursued continuous education and professional development throughout their career to enhance their skills and knowledge in different areas such as organizational change management, leadership development, agile methodologies, and IT.
