Kathryn Wallington is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the travel and tourism industry, currently serving as the Head of Middle East & Africa and Country Manager UAE at Travelport since March 2005. With a strong focus on business growth and customer retention, Kathryn oversees a P&L business unit with an annual contribution of $15 million, while leading a high-performance sales team. Previous roles at Travelport include Head of Business Development for Europe and Senior Director for Global Customer Service & Advocacy, where Kathryn was instrumental in driving service delivery and customer satisfaction for key accounts worldwide. Prior to Travelport, Kathryn held various positions at Thomas Cook, progressing from Sales Consultant to Regional Sales Manager, managing multiple locations and teams.
