Matthew Powell

Matthew Powell has over 30 years of experience in the travel industry. Matthew has held various leadership positions at Travelport, including Vice President and Global Head of Inside Sales, Chief of Staff and VP Sales Transformation, and Managing Director for Africa, Middle East, and South Asia. Matthew has also served as the Senior Director for India & Sri Lanka and the Director of Business Development for Africa. Prior to their time at Travelport, they worked as the Head of Product Marketing EMEA at Travelport and the Manager of Product Strategy EMEAA at Worldspan by Travelport. Their early career includes roles in e-commerce solutions and project management at Worldspan. Matthew started their career as a Yield Manager at Air Canada Vacations. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in sales, commercial operations, strategy development, and organizational leadership.

Matthew Powell completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Henley Business School from 2004 to 2006.
