Melanie Fleming

Melanie Fleming is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business improvement and process efficiency, currently serving as the Senior Director of Business Improvement at Travelport since 2004. In this role, Melanie has implemented a performance infrastructure and optimized customer support processes. Previous positions at Travelport include leading process improvement initiatives, managing critical impact programs, and establishing the global Six Sigma program. Before joining Travelport, Melanie spent 14 years at Sony Electronics, where roles included Director of Six Sigma and Director of Corporate Planning, contributing significantly to operational assessments and strategic planning. Melanie holds an MBA in International Finance from New York University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics/Accounting from the University at Albany.
