Sherri Ledbetter Threatt has over 30 years of experience in the technology and customer service sectors, with a significant tenure at Travelport since 1993. Currently serving as the Manager of the ITIL Problem & Change Management Team, Sherri has also held roles such as Manager of the Technical Customer Advocacy Team and Technical Customer Advocate, where responsibilities included centralizing customer communications within Technical Operations and ensuring alignment between technical support and customer needs. Prior to Travelport, Sherri worked as a Sr. Technical Specialist and Programmer Analyst at US Airways/Piedmont Airlines from 1985 to 1993. Sherri holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Computer Information Systems from Western Carolina University, earned between 1981 and 1985.
