Sonya Creagh

Sonya Creagh has extensive work experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Sonya began their career as a Spanish Language Tutor at University College Cork in 2003. From 2004 to 2006, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Priority Placements/Parker Bridge, where they were promoted twice and won two European city breaks based on their billings. Sonya then joined Careers Register - part of the CPL Group Plc in 2007, where they served as a Principal Recruitment Consultant, specializing in mid-senior accountancy jobs in Dublin. In 2012, they became a Senior Consultant at Pro-Recruitment Group, focusing on recruitment for practice in areas such as external and internal audit, corporate finance, forensics, and M&A. Sonya joined Travelport in 2013, first as a Senior Manager Talent Acquisition and later as the Director of Global Talent Acquisition Operations.

Sonya Creagh completed their education at the University of Limerick, where they obtained a BA in European Studies with a focus on Politics, Spanish, Sociology, and Law from 1997 to 2001. Sonya then pursued their MA in Hispanic Studies at the University College Cork, from 2003 to 2004. Additionally, they participated in an Erasmus program at the Universidad de Sevilla in 1999 and 2000.
