Jane Haines is an experienced leader in contact centre operations, currently serving as the Contact Centre Director at G Touring since May 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing a team of 40-50 employees and enhancing customer experience and sales conversion. Prior to this role, Jane spent over 16 years at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®), holding several key positions, including Director of Sales & Service Operations for Europe, where Jane managed multiple contact centres and delivered exceptional customer service while driving profitable revenue. Jane's career began at Forte Hotels, where Jane developed skills in resource planning and call management. Academically, Jane earned a Bachelor’s Degree in History from Lancaster University, along with A-Levels from Halesowen College and O-Levels from Earls High School.
