Sebastián Allende

Sebastián Allende has held a variety of roles in the IT industry since 2010. From 2010 to 2011, they were a Consultor/Programador at Spinel Market Knowledge, where they conducted technology infrastructure surveys for Latin American and Caribbean companies and maintained the company's technological platform. From 2011 to 2014, they were a Programador at Treebeo s.r.l., where they programmed in PHP, Java, HTML, and Javascript, and administered MySQL databases. From 2014 to 2018, they were a Tech Lead and Senior Software Engineer at Avantrip.com, where they were in charge of the technical leadership of the Terrestres team, and was responsible for ensuring the stability of development and productive environments, leading the technical evolution of applications, and implementing and guiding the evolution of SCM processes. Sebastián also took part in project estimation and architecture definition. In 2017, they were a Senior Software Engineer at Mercadolibre.com. From 2018 to 2022, they were an IT Manager at Almundo, and held additional roles as a Tech Lead, Staff Software Engineer, and Backend Developer. Additionally, from 2014 to present, they have been an Ayudante de Cátedra - Metodología de la Conducción de Equipos de Trabajo at Universidad Tecnológica Nacional - Facultad Regional Buenos Aires, where they have been responsible for defining tasks and dynamics in class, correcting practical tasks, partial and final exams, and dictating classes and accompanying students throughout the course.

Sebastián Allende attended the Universidad Tecnológica Nacional from 2009 to 2018, where they earned an Ingeniero en Sistemas de Información degree in Ingeniería de sistemas. In 2013, they obtained a certification in Programming Languages from Coursera.
