Amy Hernandez has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Amy is currently working at Travere Therapeutics as the Executive Director of Talent Experience, where they focus on talent acquisition, talent management, and learning & development. Prior to this, they held roles as Head of Talent Experience and Senior Director of Global Talent Acquisition at the same company.

Amy also worked as an Interactive Recruiter at Aquent, a Business Development Director at Volt, and a Recruiting Consultant at KeyStaff. Amy started their career as an Account Service Intern at Tuerff-Davis EnviroMedia.

Throughout their career, Amy has demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, talent management, program management, and account/client management. Amy has a passion for meaningful work and is dedicated to improving the lives of patients and caregivers.

Amy Hernandez earned their Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies, Business, and Spanish from The University of Texas at Austin between 2001 and 2004. In 2021, they obtained a certification in Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging from LinkedIn.
