Filippo Petralia

Filippo Petralia has extensive work experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. Filippo is currently working at Travere Therapeutics as the Director of Strategic Planning. Prior to that, they worked at Takeda as the Access Insights & Forecasting Franchise Lead - Lung. From 2017 to 2021, they worked at Alkermes as the Associate Director Forecasting, where they were responsible for developing valuation models and forecasting for assets in clinical development. Before that, from 2013 to 2017, they worked at IMS Consulting Group as a Senior Consultant, where they led multinational teams in projects related to pricing, market access, and strategy. Filippo also worked at PriceSpective as a Consultant, The Aequitas Group as a Manager, and Life Technologies as a Consultant, gaining experience in pricing, reimbursement, and market research. Furthermore, they had internship experiences at Pfizer and Inverness Medical, and worked as a Lab Manager at La Jolla Institute for Allergy and Immunology.

Filippo Petralia holds an MBA in Management from the University of California, San Diego - Rady School of Management, which they completed between 2007 and 2009. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Molecular Immunopathology from the Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca in 2004, following their completion of a BS in Biotechnologies from the same institution between 1995 and 2001. Filippo also has additional certifications, including the Series 63 and Series 79, from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
