Sara Fagan

Sara Fagan is a Patient Advocacy Specialist at Travere Therapeutics, responsible for overseeing contract administration and budget tracking for patient advocacy initiatives, coordinating Advisory Boards and Patient Summits, and managing grant processing through the CyberGrants platform. Prior to this role, Sara served as Manager of Solution Design and Delivery at Jobs for the Future, where project management for education and workforce development initiatives was a key focus. Sara's experience also includes being a Rooted Ambassador Captain at Teach For America, where coaching and diversity initiatives were implemented, and teaching at Clark County School District, focusing on instructional material development and teacher onboarding. Additional roles include Community Engagement Manager at Girl Scouts of Western Ohio and Workforce Development Support through AmeriCorps VISTA. Sara holds a Master's degree in Elementary Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and a Bachelor's degree in International Studies from Miami University.
