Alyson Mullin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in compliance, operations management, and project engineering across various industries, including energy, manufacturing, and utilities. Currently serving as the Manager of Compliance & Training at Travero, Alyson oversees compliance, environmental, safety, and training programs, aligning strategies with corporate objectives. Prior roles include leadership positions at Alliant Energy, where responsibilities encompassed managing customer operations and overseeing coal and gas-fired power plant activities, and engineering and operational roles at Cargill, Johnson Controls, Georgia Pacific, and FLUOR DANIEL ENGINEERING. Alyson holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Iowa and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Mount Mercy University.
