Lucie is a partner in the Private Equity & Financial Sponsors Group.

With nearly 20 years' experience in private equity, Lucie specialises in complex cross-border M&A and private equity transactions.

Lucie is a longstanding and trusted advisor to pan-European and international institutional investors, alternative asset managers, senior management teams, founders and corporates for both transactional and advisory matters.

Lucie has in-depth experience advising on a full range of transactions including leveraged buyouts, consortium deals, bolt-on acquisitions, carve-outs, co-investments, minority deals, recapitalisations, divestments, distressed M&A, public-to-privates, joint ventures, reorganisations and restructurings.

Lucie also advises the firm's global asset management clients on GP-stake transactions, GP succession planning (including restructuring ownership and governance arrangements) and structured secondary market liquidity solutions (including GP-led and LP-led secondary transactions).

Lucie is recommended for her work in private equity by The Legal 500 UK. Lucie has been profiled as part of "Hot 100" by The Lawyer, celebrating her as a rising star in the City's private equity field. Lucie has been recognised as a Private Equity "Rising Star" and one of "the new wave of dealmakers at top City law firms" by Law.com.

Lucie is ranked Band 3 for Private Equity: Mid-Market by Chambers and Partners.
