Annabeth Adame

Annabeth Adame has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Annabeth is currently the VP of Human Resources at Austin Lighthouse, where they have been working since 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Human Resources Director at the same company from 2021 to 2023. Annabeth also had a role as SHRG from 2021 to 2022.

Before joining Austin Lighthouse, Annabeth worked at Alliance Abroad Group for almost a decade, starting in 2012 and ending in 2020. During their time there, they held the position of Human Resource Director and was responsible for providing overall strategic human resources leadership to commonly owned companies. Annabeth oversaw the development and implementation of human resources policies, programs, and services.

Earlier in their career, Annabeth worked at Nordstrom Inc. as a Human Resource Manager from 2004 to 2011. Prior to that, they held various roles at the company, including HR Assistant, Admin, and Sales from 1998 to 2004.
