Tom Stephenson

Tom Stephenson is an experienced SAP HCM Business Consultant with a solid background in Human Resources Information Systems and IT management. Since August 2014, Tom has been part of the County Auditor's Office at Travis County, providing design, development, education, and support for the Human Capital Management module of SAP. Prior to this role, Tom served as Manager of Human Resources Information Systems at the City of Houston, where responsibilities included liaising between IT and HR departments to align system projects with strategic objectives. Tom's extensive experience at Halliburton encompassed various leadership roles within the IT department, managing SharePoint upgrades and HR/Payroll applications, while also leading teams and projects related to global SAP HR implementations. Tom holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma and a Master of Business Administration from Oklahoma State University.
