Graham Fenn

Graham Fenn is an experienced CX Research professional with a strong background in user experience and design operations. Currently serving as an Individual Contributor in CX Research at Travix since October 2023, Graham has established a continuous research practice and developed strategic tools to align teams with real user needs. Previous roles include driving scalable research practices at Studytube, supporting design initiatives at Cell C, and fostering collaborative development through Pique Africa. Graham also contributed to design operations for Standard Bank Group and led UX design efforts at various organizations, including Freethinking Business Consultants and FNB South Africa. With a B-Tech in Multimedia from the University of Johannesburg, Graham is committed to translating user insights into actionable improvements and fostering a culture of continuous learning across teams.
