Maddie Hayes has worked in a variety of roles since 2010. In 2010, they worked as a Receptionist for Cabana Bar and Lounge, where they were responsible for front of house operations, client service, and administrative duties. In 2011, they became the Ecommerce Manager for Sambag, where they created and implemented mobile site and website re-design, grew the client database, and planned, developed, and executed successful seasonal marketing campaigns. In 2013, they became the Ecommerce Manager for Collette Dinnigan Pty Ltd, where they implemented marketing and social media strategies, developed and monitored website functionality, and monitored website performance. In 2014, they took on the role of Assistant Brand Manager - Social and Content for Lion Co; Guinness, James Squire, 5 Seeds, where they created and published monthly social content, managed agency relationships, and managed and moderated social media channels. In 2015, they became the Customer Success Manager for Percolate Inc., where they managed over $2.5 million in business and partnered with brand and agency leads across North America, EMEA, and APAC regions. In 2017, they were promoted to Vice President of Customer Success for Knotch, where they managed and led a team of 7+ individual contributors, attracted high potential contributors, created a rapid onboarding process, and drove the team to meet and exceed quarterly performance metrics. Most recently, in 2021, they became the Chief Operating Officer and Head of Partner Success for TRAVLR.

Maddie Hayes attended the Ravenswood School for Girls from 1999 to 2004. Maddie then went on to pursue their Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and Spanish from the University of Sydney from 2007 to 2009. Following that, they completed an International Exchange in Spanish from the University of Tecnologia de Monterrey in 2009.
