Elena Ursu

Elena Ursu is an experienced People Business Partner at TRAVOD International, where responsibilities include managing training programs, coordinating performance management campaigns, and implementing the Employer Branding Strategy. Elena has successfully facilitated the company's growth from 25 to 120 employees through effective recruitment and induction training. Prior experience includes a role as an Analytic Specialist at the National Bureau of Statistics from Moldova, overseeing a team of enumerators, and leading an External Relations team at AIESEC to establish partnerships with national companies. Elena holds two Master’s Degrees in Bank Administration from Universitatea „Alexandru Ioan Cuza” and Moldova State University, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Economic Science from ASEM.
