Kendra Ricenbaw

Kendra Ricenbaw is an experienced leader in customer operations and organizational excellence, currently serving as the Head of Enablement and acting Chief Customer Officer at Gusto. Previously, Kendra held senior leadership roles at Western Union, including Senior Vice President, Head of Global Customer Operations and Experience, and Senior Vice President, Global Business Transformation. Additionally, Kendra served as Chief of Staff to the CFO and Vice President of Global Strategic Initiatives at Western Union. Earlier in Kendra's career, experience at EY included positions as Audit Manager and Audit Senior. Kendra holds a Bachelor's Degree in Public Accounting and Music from Illinois Wesleyan University, earned between 1994 and 1998.
