Anastasia Zdoroviak

Anastasia Zdoroviak serves as the Chief Customer Experience Officer at Snoonu since April 2025, while also advising at Stackt and Evolwe on customer experience, growth, and product strategies. Previously, Zdoroviak held the position of VP, Customer Experience at Rappi and was the Head of User Experience and CX Product Operations at DoorDash, where responsibilities included leading initiatives for customer experience automation and the Voice of the Customer program. Zdoroviak's earlier roles include marketing management at Art Kvartal, junior management in advisory at PwC, and a marketing specialist at Peter Art Service. Zdoroviak holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Product Design from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Saint Petersburg State University of Finance and Economics.
