Julio Cesar Ortiz Nava has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as Cargo Operations Manager and National Chief Talent Acquisition at Traxión since February 2020. Prior to this, Julio Cesar held the position of Head of Human Capital at GRUPO SID from March 2011 to June 2019, also working as a Generalist in Human Capital at WH Samsung Mexico. Julio Cesar's early career includes a role as a Human Resources Generalist at Minsa Corporation and as an External Consultant in Human Resources for SCA Svenska Cellulosa Aktiebolaget. Julio Cesar holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology from Tecnológico de Monterrey, completed in 2010.
