Previously, Samuel held the position of Senior Director at Agel from 2007 to 2009 and worked as Coordinador de Soporte Técnico at Paragon Networks from 2000 to 2002. Educationally, Samuel completed a degree in Electronic Engineering and Communications at Tecnológico de Monterrey between 1989 and 1992.
