Lentfert Thorsten has extensive experience in the lighting industry, having worked for Traxon Technologies Ltd. and OSRAM Ltd.

At Traxon Technologies Ltd., Thorsten served as the CFO from January 2013 to the present.

Prior to joining Traxon Technologies Ltd., Thorsten worked at OSRAM Ltd. in various roles. These include serving as the CEO from May 2011 to March 2013, Vice President and CFO of OSRAM-MELCO Ltd. and Mitsubishi Electric OSRAM Ltd. from January 2007 to September 2012, Controller of the General Lighting Division from October 2005 to December 2007, Head of Factory Controlling from September 1999 to September 2005, Factory Controller of OSRAM-MELCO Ltd. from January 1992 to August 1999, and Factory Controller from September 1989 to December 1991.

Lentfert Thorsten (Traxon) obtained a Master of Science (MSc) in Business Administration and Management from the University of Hamburg, where they studied from 1981 to 1986. Later, from 1987 to 1989, they attended the German Academic Exchange Service's Japanese Language and Culture Program "Language & Pratice Japan" to further their studies in Japanese language and culture.
